About Articulate Labs
Mission
Articulate Labs (AL) develops wearable medical devices that amplify muscle growth throughout everyday activity to conquer functional limitations and to restore physical capability.
Company History
In 2012, Articulate Labs co-founder Herbie Kirn developed the idea for their first device, KneeStim™, during Kirn’s own rehabilitation journey following a motorcycle accident.
Inspired by his inconvenient and time-consuming physical therapy experience, Kirn and Josh Rabinowitz sought to expand physical therapy standards by integrating treatment into movements made in normal daily activity. KneeStim is their innovative solution to this challenge.
Today, Articulate Labs operates as a private startup out of Dallas, Texas.
